Definition(s) for ADVANCE:


1. ) refers to an increase in the market price of a security such as stocks, bonds, commodities, or other assets.

2. ) The payment required to be made by the Servicer with respect to any Distribution Date pursuant to Section 4.01, the amount of any such payment being equal to the aggregate of payments of principal and interest (net of the Servicing Fee) on the Mortgage Loans that were due during the related Due Period and not received as of the close of business on the related Determination Date, together with an amount equivalent to interest on each REO Property, net of any net income from such REO Property, less the aggregate amount of any such delinquent payments that the Servicer has determined would constitute a Nonrecoverable Advance if advanced.
