To get accident compensation claims accepted in the UK, you should contact your lawyer immediately after the accident. The accident should have occurred within the last three years. You can also make a claim if you have been injured and have had to suffer a loss of earnings temporarily. However, if you have suffered an injury due to your own actions, you may not receive compensation.
